Hi! I'm Amber aka Slash! (A name that followed me from bookstagram.)

The Cauldron Author Services was born out of my love and respect for indie authors and their dedication to craft amazing stories. 

As a mom of two, I needed to find a way where I could still be home but also have a way to support them while I was finishing my BA in marketing and web development which I'm set to graduate in 2027.  

In 2o24, I decided to take classes through the EFA and Edit Republic to hone my skills for editing as I have always been an avid reader and quickly picked up on inconsistencies as an alpha and beta reader. 

It is a joy to work with authors that I admire, and I want to see all succeed. Learning will always be of the upmost importance to me to continue to give the best possible service.

To make sure we are the right fit, I always offer free sample edits and consultations for websites.
